About Mini Bandz:
Mini Bandz is a playful, music-led movement program designed to engage Key Stage 1 children through rhythm, games, and creative expression. Our sessions use music, storytelling, and physical play to build confidence, coordination, and a love of learning.

We are looking for energetic, creative teachers to lead Mini Bandz sessions during lunchtime. This is an ideal role for returning educators or individuals with experience teaching or working with KS1 pupils. Sessions should be lively and imaginative, focused on musical play, movement, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging 30–45 minute lunchtime sessions for KS1 pupils
  • Use music, rhythm, and games to create exciting, play-based lessons
  • Encourage confidence, creativity, and participation through movement and sound
  • Manage small groups effectively in a school setting
  • Adapt sessions to suit different ages, abilities, and group dynamics

Ideal candidate would have:

  • A background in music (e.g. performance, teaching, instrumental, vocal, or rhythm-based activities)
  • Experience teaching or working with KS1 pupils (ideal but not essential)
  • A creative, playful approach to learning
  • Confidence in leading small groups of children
  • Strong communication skills and a fun, energetic presence.
