Payment - Direct Debit
The fee per month is payable via a rolling direct debit payable from October to June. Registration secures your child's place in the classes. A link to 'Go Cardless' will be e-mailed prior to the class starting. Payments are taken on the 1st of each month (Summer Term-April, May and June). Please note, if the first
ments may be taken at the end of the month and then on the 1st of the following month).

Payment - Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer details will be e-mailed as soon as your place has been approved on the course. To secure your child's place, payment is required immediately after registration. Failure to complete this could result in losing your place on the course.  Please note, we cannot allow attendance on the course if payment has not been made.

Cancellation policy
You are able to cancel your class at any time in the course of the year. Please give one month's notice in writing to info@musicbandz.co.uk. Upon receipt of your email, your direct debit will be stopped and your child's place cancelled. 

Waiting list
If we have reached our limit for class sizes, please do add your details to the waiting list. Where possible, we will try and set up additional classes.

Instruments
Music Bandz Instruments: Glockenspiels and xylophones are provided. If your child has been invited to play their instrument, they are responsible for bringing this to the club sessions. Music Bandz can take no responsibility for the instruments' storage or safety in the school.  We are not able to provide any instruments (including keyboards) other than those stated.

Rock Bandz Instruments: We cannot guarantee which instrument your child will play. Instruments will be allocated on a first come forst served basis.

Who can join Music Bandz Beginners
Juniors (Year 3-6). This is primarily a glockenspiel instrumental class available to all children. If however your child has been having lessons for 1 year or more* on another instrument, and is able to play a full scale of an octave or more, they may be invited to play this in Music Bandz Level 1. We do not offer individual tuition during this class.
